Our Company
Our Group's history can be traced to Malaysia when it was first established in 1992 to manufacture and distribute solvent borne wood coatings mainly to the wood-based industry under the INCHEM brand. Today, our Group's complete range of wood coating products can be found in over 15 countries. We have also diversified our product range and offer plastic and metal coatings. We have ample space for production, warehousing, laboratory and office facilities in 4 strategically located areas in Malaysia, Vietnam and China (Wuxi and Shen Zhen) to better service the needs of our customers.

Our established distribution network throughout the Asia Pacific region ensures that we are able to ship products promptly on receipt of orders. Our services include technical support in the development of new products to meet customers' changing needs. These services are also supplied by our wide network of appointed agents.


Our Quality Control
We believe in constantly striving for quality improvement through Research & Development and continuous improvement programmes conducted internally and externally. We maintain a stringent quality control system to ensure that we deliver high and consistent quality products to customers. To achieve this, we practice "total quality control" which begins from the reception of raw material through to the final packing of finished products.   

 

Our Technology
We believe in the importance of keeping abreast of the latest development in our industry and introducing value-added products to capture new markets. In this respect, we have invested in a state-of-the-art Research & Development facility, Sherwin-Williams (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and have employed a team of Research & Development staff comprising of experienced chemists to work closely with our customers to understand their requirements . We also work with our strategic partners so that together we can offer the best service and technology to meet customers' needs and expectations.
